It’s been a couple of months since I sent out my last newsletter. Mainly due to the fact that I dropped my laptop, lost all of my data, and hadn’t backed anything up.
I’ve learned my lesson!
I’m still experiencing problems with my Internet connection, but I’m hopeful everything will be back to normal in 2005.
I’ll not be barbecuing on Christmas Day, the family wont let me! But I’m going to try on News Year Eve. Weather and family permitingJ

Plans for The Barbecue Hut in 2005
I’m looking to provide my website visitors with high value barbecue information in 2005.
Just some of my ideas for 2005 are:
- Barbecue grill and smoker reviews.
- More Recipes
- Reviews of specialist barbecue sauces, rubs and flavourings.
- Reviews of woods and wood chips used for barbecuing and smoking.
- A lot more information about barbecue smokers. One of the most popular parts of The Barbecue Hut.
If you’ve any suggestions are questions related to barbecue grilling and smoking, please drop me an e-mail.
BEST WISHES FOR CHRISTMAS AND 2005
