Barbecue Chicken Wings


Barbecue chicken wings! Extremely easy to make and one of the all time favourites.

Preparation time: 5 minutes plus 50 minutes for the All Purpose Barbecue Sauce Recipe. Or 5 minutes for the Quick BBQ Sauce
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves 6
12 chicken wings
One portion of the All Purpose Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Quick BBQ Sauce
4 tablespoons of tomato paste
4 tablespoons of brown sauce
1.5 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1.5 tablespoons of clear honey
1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, crushed

1. If using the quick BBQ sauce. Put the tomato paste, brown sauce, white wine vinegar, honey, oil and garlic in a small bowl and thoroughly blend together.

2. Brush either the Quick BBQ sauce or the All Purpose Barbecue Sauce over the chicken and grill over hot coals for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn occasionally and baste with the remaining sauce.

3. Serve at once on individual plates.
