This recipe for sesame hot noodles lifts plain egg noodles to another
level.
Serve these noodles hot to accompany a main meal
|

Serves 6
Ingredients
- 2 x 8oz (250g) packets of rice noodles
- 3 Tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 2 Tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon of smooth peanut butter
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped. Remove the seeds first if you prefer
less heat
- 3 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons of fresh coriander, chopped

- Cook the noodles by following the instructions on the packet.
- For the dressing, in a small bowl mix together the sunflower oil,
sesame oil, garlic and peanut butter.
- Add the chilli, sesemae seeds, soy sauce and lime juice. Mix well
then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Thoroughly drain the noodles and place in a serving bowl, add the
dressing and coriander and toss well to mix. Serve immediately.
