The Traeger Professional Pellet Grill has the same cooking area as 3 other Traeger grills, the Lil Tex, the Lil Tex Elite, and the Lil Pig. But it has a few upgrades.
	This Traeger BBQ grill comes equipped with 418" sq. inches of cooking surface as have the three other grills stated above. However, the burner output is 36,000 BTU and only the Lil Pig can match that. Other features include a bronzed powder coated textured grill door, hopper lid and work surfaces, as well as an easy to read dome thermometer and viper castors. The Professional also has a multipoistion digital thermostat to give total control over the smoke and fire. This BBQ smoker can also be used as a built in grill in your island unit by leaving the leg assembly off the grill.
